# Project Team

RaveDAO is supported by a global network of core contributors across music, live entertainment, operations, technology, partnerships, marketing, community, and creative production.

The project is implemented through a contributor-led structure, with contributors supporting different areas of the RaveDAO ecosystem, including strategy, operations, ecosystem development, global event execution, artist and music programming, community activations, ecosystem partnerships, payment integrations, governance development, and social-impact initiatives.

For clarity, RaveDAO’s contributor model is collaborative and function-based. Core contributors support different areas of the ecosystem and should not be interpreted as individually representing, guaranteeing, or assuming responsibility for all activities & commitments.
