# Token Utilities

$RAVE is designed as a participation token within the RaveDAO ecosystem. It supports access, engagement, payments, rewards, ecosystem participation, and future governance-related features across three key layers: B2B, B2C, and DAO Governance.

#### B2B Utilities: IP, Licensing, and Ecosystem Participation

* **Stake-to-License:** Event organizers may stake $RAVE to access selected RaveDAO IP, branding, playbooks, and chapter-style event frameworks, subject to approval and applicable terms.
* **Local Chapter Activation:** Community organizers may propose new “Road to RaveDAO” chapters or community activations through RaveDAO’s ecosystem support framework.
* **Vendor Qualification:** Production, beverage, venue, and experience partners may participate as verified providers within the RaveDAO ecosystem.
* **Artist and Label Collaborations:** Artists and labels may collaborate with RaveDAO on digital collectibles, fan engagement, remix rights, or Web3-enabled music campaigns.

#### B2C Utilities: Experience, Payments, and Engagement

* **Exclusive Access:** $RAVE may support access to selected VIP tiers, early event access, artist experiences, partner benefits, and community campaigns.
* **Digital Collectibles:** Participants may access limited artist drops, event collectibles, proof-of-attendance records, and other digital fan engagement experiences.
* **Payments:** $RAVE may be supported for selected ticketing, table booking, merchandise, and on-site purchase scenarios through integrations with partners such as Bitget Wallet, KuCoin Pay, NOWPayments, and other payment or event-commerce partners.
* **Community Rewards:** Participants may receive rewards or benefits through selected campaigns, referrals, content participation, event engagement, and community activations.

#### DAO Governance: Community Participation Layer

* **Community Proposals:** Eligible participants may submit or support proposals related to local chapters, community activations, ecosystem campaigns, and selected partnership initiatives.
* **Ecosystem Grants:** RaveDAO may support artists, community builders, local organizers, and partner projects through grant-style or structured ecosystem support programs.
* **Governance Infrastructure:** RaveDAO is developing governance-related infrastructure, including AI-assisted tools, to support more structured proposal review, community coordination, and ecosystem participation over time.

#### Ecosystem Utility Loop

RaveDAO’s ecosystem is designed to grow through real-world activity, cultural participation, and partner adoption.

* **IP Expansion:** Each flagship event, chapter, artist collaboration, and community activation can expand RaveDAO’s cultural reach and ecosystem participation.
* **Event Utility:** Real-world use cases such as ticketing, digital collectibles, payments, rewards, and partner activations can support broader token utility.
* **Staking and Participation:** Organizers, artists, vendors, and community partners may access selected benefits, eligibility, or participation opportunities through staking or ecosystem participation mechanisms.
* **Buyback and Burn:** Subject to applicable law, operational feasibility, available proceeds, internal approval, market conditions, exchange requirements, liquidity conditions, and other relevant factors, RaveDAO may allocate a portion of eligible event profits toward repurchasing and permanently removing $RAVE from circulation.

Any buyback-and-burn activity is not guaranteed and may be modified, delayed, reduced, suspended, or discontinued. The existence of a buyback-and-burn mechanism should not be interpreted as a guarantee of token price, token value, liquidity, demand, market support, or market performance.

The result is an ecosystem designed around real activity, cultural reach, and practical participation, rather than short-term speculation.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://ravedao.gitbook.io/ravedao-whitepaper/readme/ravedao-tokenomics/token-utilities.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
